Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Whether you ordered the wrong part, changed your mind, or something showed up damaged, we're here to help make it right.


Can I Return My Order?

You can return most items within 30 days of when they were delivered as long as:

  • Everything’s unused and in original packaging

  • All hardware and accessories are included

  • The item hasn’t been installed, painted, or modified

Some things we can’t accept returns on, like:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Electronics (like ECUs, coding tools, lighting modules)

  • Tuning services

Unless they’re defective, those are final sale.


How to Start a Return

Just send us an email at modmyeurocar@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick note about why you’re returning it

  • Photos, if something arrived damaged or incorrect

Once we review everything, we’ll send you return instructions and an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Customers cover return shipping unless we made a mistake — in that case, we’ve got you covered.


Restocking Fees

Some returns may have a 15–25% restocking fee, depending on the part or the brand. We’ll let you know upfront before anything is finalized.

Also: original shipping charges aren’t refundable.


If Something Arrives Damaged or Wrong

Let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Take a few clear photos and email us so we can take care of it quickly. We know how frustrating that can be — we’ve got your back.


Want to Exchange Something?

The fastest way to exchange something is to return it (if eligible) and place a new order. That way, you get the correct item quicker, and we can handle the return at the same time.


Getting Your Refund

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

If the return doesn’t meet the guidelines (used, damaged, missing parts), we’ll let you know. You can have it shipped back to you if you’d like — shipping would just be on you.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package shows up damaged, note it with the driver and email us within 72 hours.
If it’s marked “delivered” but never showed up, let us know right away. Just a heads-up: once something is marked delivered, we’re not responsible for stolen packages — unless you purchased shipping protection.


Shipping Protection

We highly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout, especially for high-value or oversized items. It helps cover you in case anything gets lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
