If you discover your unit is defective within a (7) seven day period or arrives damaged, BimmerDirect will arrange a refund/replacement item for you. Additionally, all of BimmerDirect units have a 3-year warranty. If your unit becomes defective, absent of any physical or abuse damage, it is eligible to be replaced with a new one at no charge.
