IMPORTANT NOTES (READ ALL):

- We are an overseas manufacturing plant factory. Delivery times for Mid/Top Spec can reach 7-10 business days. Basic is available on hand within 7 business days. For expedited shipping options, please contact us. 

- If your car is (2017+ 3-Series or 4-Series) and originally came with 8.8" display, it is still compatible with any unit but the native home screen can NOT be stretched onto full 10.25". It will instead be half screen on the BMW menus. Our operating system, carplay, etc. will still be full screen however. Pre-2017 cars do not have this issue. 

- If your car is (2012 - 2017) base 6.5" system, it is still compatible with any unit but the native home screen can NOT be stretched onto full 10.25". It will instead be half screen on the BMW menus. Our operating system, carplay, etc. will still be full screen however. 

If you have 6.5" display, and this will bother you, then order the 8.8" size. This will look most OEM.

If you have 8.8" there is no limitation. The image will easily stretch to 10.25". 

This is a limitation of the native BMW system with 6.5" displays. It was never designed for a 10.25" image. NO aftermarket system can overcome this as it is a FACTORY BMW limitation.

Do not order if this is not understood. Instead, maintain using your original system or order the 8.8" size. 

- If you have 2017+ 1-Series or 2-Series, 10.25" will not physically fit your dash! Please only order 8.8" size. 2017 and up dash on these cars is smaller than pre-2017. 

- If you have 2012 - 2016 1-Series or 2-Series, any size will fit. You can use 8.8" or 10.25' sizes. 

We are a manufacturing plant so we know this. Many resellers and distributors will omit this because they either do not know or are aiming to simply sell you a device. Save yourself the time and expectation by listening to our advice as an electronics manufacturer. 

- For aftermarket rear cameras, professional installation is highly recommended unless you are experienced with such installation. Rear cameras require wire splicing and are not as simple as plug-and-play operation.

If you have a factory rear camera that came on the car, no manual splicing is needed. The system will simply the factory rear camera upon entering reverse. 

- When modifying the car with a custom ECU performance tune, please flash the vehicle with any aftermarket devices (CarPlay, vehicle tracker, etc.) removed. 

- Do NOT purchase MID / TOP units if you are unfamiliar with Android OS. Only purchase if you are tech-savvy or are willing to learn. 

- Uses factory OEM sound on vehicles with pre-existing factory Bluetooth streaming. Vehicles without pre-existing BMW BMW bluetooth audio will need to use the built-in CarPlay/AUX amp. Keep in mind base level BMW systems have poor quality amplifiers which may degrade the audio, it may be necessary to upgrade your speakers or adjust the EQ with ANY aftermarket system.

- For Mid/Top: To access custom apps such as Netflix, YouTube, etc. simply connect the unit to one of the following A: Data SIM B: WiFi C: Mobile Hotspot. Proceed to the Google Play Store and then download the free applications.

- Several trim pieces and factory radio components must be removed to install any aftermarket unit. In addition, cables must be routed neatly for best results and accessibility. Lastly, settings must be configured via the units Factory Settings menu to best optimize the unit to your car. Although certain decently-experienced individuals can complete installation on their own, professional installation is always highly recommended.

Upgrading the electronics on any vehicle is not something to take lightly. Done incorrectly or by using questionable devices sourced elsewhere, you can easily destroy onboard modules such as your footwell module, infotainment unit, and many other modules linked via the CANBUS. These are not cheap modules to replace and can fry within seconds.
